We are seeking a fun, clean living and easy going but professional male or female to move in to our spacious, bright and airy top floor converted flat in Purley. The double room is of a good size, is very clean, furnished with a queen size double bed and a chest of drawers. There is room for a wardrobe as shown in the pictures but there is not a wardrobe in the room at the moment. The property has 1 shower/bathroom, hallway, huge kitchen/dining/lounge area. We have our own side entrance to the flat, which has access to a basement for a small amount of storage as well.
The flat is situated just 10 - 15 mins walk from the centre of Purley with access to main railway station, shops and has good bus and road connections to Croydon and London. There is plenty of street parking if you have a vehicle and the area is quiet from any main road noise.
We are both fun, easy going, professional males and are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to move in on a contractual (6 month ongoing) basis. £410 pcm + £10 cable broadband
