After over a year’s absence from the London scene Tweak&Bleep is proud to announce its long overdue return to the nation’s capital! The venue is a new one for us but expect the usual killer beats and all round party vibe that we have become so well known for!
For our opening night we have some old friends, some new faces and a few random surprises up our sleeves.
Downstairs we have the ever dependable We Bleep & Owain Walcroft, Long standing residents these two really now how to get the party going to the next level.
We also welcome Dave Irvine for his Tweak&Bleep debut. Dave has been a regular dj around the south of England for quite some time and although he has recently taken up a new career as a toilet attendant Dave has assured us he will be freshening up the dance floor with his array of musical selection! Expect some quality music and random Sachin Sachin chanting.
Next up we have Skinny & Clarkie, Skinny by name phat with a capital PH by nature! These two have been running the highly successful Graffiti Breaks night and will ensure the night gets it portion of slamming breaks it deserves! They are also making there Tweak&Bleep debut so it’s a big welcome to them as well.
Bringing up the rear which I’m sure isn’t the first time for him is Ben ‘The Hermit’ Hardman. A much lesser spotted creature compared to times of old. The hermit or Herm’s as he is affectionately known will be making a rare outing and with sightings of Herm’s less frequent than the Loch Ness monster these days make sure you don’t miss this chance to see the Herm meisster in the flesh.
And we’re not finished there. Upstairs we have a fantastically diverse group of dj’s. First up is Leatherhead, fresh from a few frequent visits to the white isle of Ibiza this summer and not to mention several festival appearances this year expect some storming electro & glitch for these guys.
Old friend and all round good egg ARROW!! will be making an appearance. This year has been massive for ARROW!! and he’s been getting props from people in very high places. Whatever you do don’t mention Ableton dj’s not being able to mix properly.
We also welcome back the Wonky Badger! You can expect some wonktastic tuneage from Mr Badger or DJ Gravy as he’s now known.
We also have the ever dependable Joe Duhig in support and last but not least Stu Atkins makes his long overdue debut.
With the nation currently watching the pennies we want to lift you out of your credit crunch blues and give you a night to remember. With some fantastic prices on drink and a door tax of only £4 before 11pm and £6 after (you even get £1 off if you take one of our shiny flyers!!) in the good words of David Dickinson “cheap as chips”.
