CONNECTION FIRST BIRTHDAY
Believe it or not it's been almost a year since the very first Connection gig at Fluid. To mark the occasion, we'll be down there again on Friday 29 February for our First Birthday party!
To help us celebrate in style we've lined up a very special guest DJ, Anil Chawla, who will be rocking the main room at midnight with his unique blend of deep and melodic-funk, acid and electronic house. Anil is a long-time resident of Together at Turnmills and an established producer and remixer for some of the biggest names in house, with a debut LP due out on Global Underground (with Dale Anderson) this summer. We're excited to have Anil along to our night and are sure that he won't disappoint!
The rest of the residents, Paul Hughes, Ski and myself will do our best to keep up with Anil's pace in the main room, while upstairs The Itchy Scratchers take over the bar again with their usual eclectic party mix of funk, hip hop and house classics.
