I myself have been on the receiving end of exactly this - I got 'randomly' pulled over a while back and the officer basically made up a load of stuff which I had apparently said, and wrote it down in his notebook, which he then asked me to sign to say I agreed with it all. So I crossed it all out and wrote in what actually happened, initialled my changes and signed nothing. I still got strip searched and had my house searched without a proper warrant (misuse of PACE) even though I was later released without charge. It was one of the most fucked-up situations of my entire life considering I'd done nothing wrong. I've always remained open-minded about the cops (good people being made to do bad things for politcal reasons etc etc) but this was totally out of order.

Stories like this is why many people have zero faith in the police force. I'm not talking about wannabe gangsters who walk around the streets and shout pigs at cop cars as they go past as if it's them and us, talking about ordinary people who for one reason or another have no respect or faith in them.

Yet another example showing the kind of people the police really are.

“He just came for me. He sank his teeth into my leg through my skin, muscles and down to the bone,” she told The Guardian. “It was pain like I had never known. I was thinking at the time to not let it get my throat or I would be dead.” She then saw three police officers but despite screaming “get it off me” they “just stared”."

I wish they wouldn't laugh

during the christmas break the people over the road had gone away. one nite about 2100 i saw lights on in their house and people moving around. i rang their phone and nobody answered. i went over and bashed on the door and rang the bell. i saw a youth in a hoody running thru their living room to the kitchen. nobody answered the door. i shouted thru the letterbox and got no reply. i rang the police and gave my details and both addys.

five minutes later all lights went off in the house. two minutes after that six burly coppers turned up. three went round the back and three banged on the front door.

it was the grandson who had a key and was stranded in our village with his mates, they were all "pissed" and decided to crash at gran's house.

fair play to the cops couldn't ask for a better response.

Of the few dealings I've had with the police I can say I have been treated pretty well.

Of the way I've seen the police treat others again I can say they were dealt with pretty well.

There was one incident when I was 13 or 14 which I think I have gone into on here in the past so won;t type it all out again that was a bit off, but other than that my experiences with them have been fine.

Fuck all that, we've gotta get on with these

Who see Panorama last night?

About armed police?

That program told you all you need to know about the Old Bill and their closed shop and protecting themselves first.

Lies after lies.
