i couldnt give a shit about NYE, but any excuse to party, frankly

last year's was a frigging awful band/disco in the function room of a NE scotland pub = worst ever, so this years'll need to be particularly splendid to make up for it

i know. i know I know. if the other half comes to mine for christmas then we have to go to his parents for NY.

following said travesty of a NY, we've bascially vowed for the time being we'll just have christmas apart, come back to london on boxing day (my birthday) and be in london, or at least not in NE Scotland, for NY
