Jids probably want a device that he can plug compact flash cards into + transfer files over, but without the need of a computer.

Just remembered another thing jids - RAW support tends to be quite limited on these things.
Not tried my creative but I doubt it supports it.(But I hardly ever use RAW)
The Epson + some of the specifically designed Pho storage devices might work - but you should check them up if you really want your images to be visable on the boxes (unless you're doing RAW + small jpeg Wink)

Yes you're right. Must have Copmpact flash compatibility!

Well it would be nice to be able to review the images and the Epson's definately do have RAW support, but at the end of the day as long as they are stored somewhere they can be reviewed once transfered to a computer.

I usually do shoot RAW + small jpg purely because it's quicker to view a jpg on a slow computer Yawn
