Ok. It is all about how the Law works.
Nothing is impossible. If you were to die and worried about people coming back to haunt and soil your name then the Law can/could address this issue by making it illegal .
I could for example insure that my family or appointed friends to act on my behalf to make sure people don't take the piss orexploits my reputation.
For example Michael Jackson , after his death albums,programs, posters and memorabilia were compiled and sold to the public.
Knowing Micahel Jackson I think he would not have been very happy to know that stuff/pictures etc have been made without him being there.
The money made goes to others and not him. I am sure that is not good.
Well for me anyway.
