If you stand next to a hugh object, the pyramids for example, and somebody else was to stand a mile away for arguments sake, if they were there with nothing around them (barren desert), theywould be moving through time ever so slightly faster than you. The measurements are miniscule.
Or it might be the other way round, you faster than them.

He is actually right in theory, he has just got the orders of magnitude wrong (you need an object the size of the sun to start making any calculable difference) and overlooked the fact that the Earth would cancel out any effect the pyramid would have had.
