I heard there was a bit of 'face painting' going on
Not mine, and I played no part whatsoever in the drawing of such.
The Bear and The Boy thought it would be a hilarious idea to draw on Leigh - who I have to say was highly encouraging of the idea. In fact, she made them re-draw it a second time as the first wasn't to her satisfaction.
I do have an extremely funny photo of ck, me and leigh after said drawing was complete, however. And being the good friend I am, I made Leigh wash her face before her tube journey home.

I'm hoping some photos will find their way onto FB. I heard that Leigh was quite encouraging and in fact requested some added extras
Shame you had your sensible hat on though Fi, it would have been quite interesting to see people's reactions to her drawing
Ebony flowers pinned to a velvet cushion in a red light
And Edith Piaf sings a lullaby for the night

A little rudeness and disrespect can elevate a meaningless interaction to a battle of wills and add drama to an otherwise dull day.

As it happens, she thought our attempts were amateur and decided to do her own portrait...
