After the stupendous For Heaven's Sake compilation, which covered almost every released remix and parody, Tidy Two finally drop the trance mixes we deserved. Till Tears Do Us Part is a bonafide hard house classic. Its been remixed by the likes of Stimulant DJs, Yoji, Scott Attrill, Flash Harry and more. But here, we have some bonafide trance mixes.
My fave is the Sean Tyas mix. Mr Tyas injects some much-needed oomph into things and makes them a bit more lively. Like having a firecracker shoved up your jacksie, only less painful. Ryan K and Nick Rowland bring up the rear with versions to further enhance this legendary tune.
Like it or hate it, this anthem has stood the test of time and keeps resurfacing. Be it in piano concerto form or as an ice cream truck jingle, its nagging. In a good way.
