Maya followed by Last Train to Lhasa of which the 3CD version is the best.
A lot of the later stuff I find is a little bit too much cultural imperialist ethnowibble.

There's a remix/remaster collection out that revisits the early period and brings the sound up to date, I've only heard it the once but this has reminded me to fire up spotify and get it on. Just checked, it's been out since 2012. Looks like I was late to the party on that one!

The 4-disc one is epic. An expanded version of Kincajou, extended to 44 minutes, to included, and closes disc 2.
