London's only dedicated bounce night goes from strength to strength and hot on the heels of our busiest and best night yet we are back at Hidden's Red Room.
This next event sees the hugely popular WLB regular Caz Wood take up her new residency with us and she will be joined by two more of our own DJs; the bounce-tastic Wain Johnstone and the mighty talented Pearce M.
Guest-wise we have secured the talents of Pickup & Rise who will be playing a special bounce classics set, the pocket-sized yet loud and proud Mini Minx, Kye Shand makes a very welcome return to the WLB decks, as does 3 Phase records head honcho Tom Berry (his set at our launch event last year is still talked about!).
Also at our launch event and much requested to re-appear is PSR. Finally, we are delighted to welcome moreonthedoor.com's very own Mike Avery who will be playing some new tracks mixed especially for We Love Bounce.
We Love Bounce is enjoying tremendous support from far and wide and we are pleased to announce that a coach will be running from Birmingham, details to be announced soon.
If you've not yet been to a We Love Bounce event then you won't have experienced the friendliest crowd in London, superb uplifting foot stomping hands in the air music delivered by hand picked resident and guest DJs.
The Red Room at Hidden is an ideal setting for We Love Bounce; its clubber friendly layout, centralised DJ area, dance platforms along with a refurbished big spacious heated outdoor area with tables and a snacks bar all make the venue popular with We Love Bounce clubbers.
We are also pleased to reveal that following a trial at our previous event, the We Love Bounce shop is back courtesy of Shelly's Shiny Stall offering a whole range of clubbing products and cyber-face-painting. We're also hoping to have some We Love Bounce branded goodies for sale!
The Twisted Bliss crew will again provide dancers for the event. As if that wasn't enough, we will be making use of the new lighting that the venue has invested heavily in, and our sound engineer will help us get the most from the new superb sound-system!
Want to have a go playing for We Love Bounce?
Well, now is your chance by entering our DJ Competition. Bring a bounce demo to our May event and hand it in; the We Love Bounce team will then listen to all the demos handed in and select one as the winner.
The winner's prize will be a set at our July event, an interview to be published online, and we will even pay for 100 copies of the winning demo to be printed and copied to hand out in July.
