More: The Gallery is 14years old this Friday. That’s 14 years of rocking the capital every single week, 14 years of the biggest and best DJs from across the world of trance, house and techno; to put it simply its 14 years of ‘Excellence in the Art of Sound’. So to crown another year in the annuals of The Gallery we have assembled an all star line-up to help blow the candles out in style on Friday 24th April.

Since our last birthday (which incidentally marked the beginning of our residency at the Ministry of Sound), we have enjoyed one of the best years in The Gallery’s legendary history. We have smashed door records at our new home as well as welcoming the world’s leading DJs from across the globe, put on one of the biggest New Years Eve parties seen in London in recent time and hosted our very own arena at the massive SW4 festival. To say it’s been quite a year would be a huge understatement! However, you are only as good as your next party, a motto we live and breathe here at The Gallery, so without further ado may we present The Gallery’s 14th Birthday...

Enter stage left the World No.1 DJ Mr Armin van Buuren. It wouldn’t be a special Gallery occasion without one of our favourite sons leading proceedings and Armin has a very special place in the hearts of all The Gallery faithful. Having been a regular for many years now including some legendary appearances including his 9 hour epic all night sets, the Armada / Gallery boat party and most recently helping to launch The Gallery at its new home of the Ministry of Sound and headlining our epic Xmas party; it’s a return to his London home for the Dutch master of trance. Oh yes!!!

Joining Armin in the legendary surroundings of the world class Box at Ministry of Sound will be Gallery main man Tall Paul. At well over six foot tall, Paul literally towers over everything The Gallery does and continues to wow The Gallery faithful on a monthly basis with his residency both in the main room and the Bar. Judge Jules is another welcome addition to the birthday celebrations and continues to be one of our most popular figures at The Gallery. Rocking the Box each and every month Jules continues to pump out the good stuff with his Radio 1 show every week. Guaranteed to pull out all the right tunes for the occasion; Jules will be helping to fire us into another year with his usual smile and behind the decks antics. Continuing the trend of pushing and supporting new talent which has formed the backbone of The Gallery for the last 14 years this Friday sees another outing for one of our top tips for the future, Menno De Jong. One of the serious rising trance stars from Europe, Menno has shot to our undivided attention by bursting into the Top 100 whilst djing across the globe and producing some of the biggest trance anthems of recent years. We are thrilled to be showcasing him at the Birthday alongside our two main room residents Gavyn Mytchel who continues to warm up proceedings each week with his trademark cutting edge sound and The Viceroy who has cemented his reputation as the end of night resident, always bringing the party home in style!

The Bar is an all Gallery affair bringing together faces and names from the past 14 years of The Gallery. Leading the charge will be the legendary Steve Lee who has taken the Bar apart with his awesome sets each and every month. Tania von Pear has continued to be a popular resident in the Bar here at The Gallery and returns to do her thing alongside Gallery regulars of old, Alex Anderson and Darren Christian. We’re delighted to be reuniting some of the original residents from over the years at The Gallery for one very special session a la Bar!! And with When the Rush Comes and Glory Hole set to excel in the Baby Box and the Loft respectively, you’d be mad to miss it…
