the cheaper one is in wood green, the other one is a bit fiurther out in a business estate type thing, i guess the wood green one is lacking trade atm, which is even better.

Shepherds Bush is a great example of this.
The Vue in Westfield is much pricier than the Vue in the old smaller shopping centre on the other side of the road.
