...:: A Fu-Cha Gathering… Festival of Fan-ta-zee ::...
@ the Hornbill Rock Pool…3rd & 4th of May
…celebrating a year of Fu-Cha electronic adventures…

So…one year into the Fu-Cha and let’s just say that it’s been nothing short of an absolute blast! Join us for this 4th Fu-Cha adventure which marks the 1 year anniversary of these epic festivals and draws the outdoor season to a close...

A fantastic fun-filled festive affair is what the 4th ‘Fu-Cha Gathering’ has in store for us and what better way to celebrate our first year into the ‘Fu-Cha’… Fairies, fantasy, friends and fans come together to draw the outdoor season to a close and to celebrate the world we live in. We can only give thanks to all for all the good energy and effort that has gone in to making ‘Fu-Cha’ the epic gatherings they are, the artists, sponsors, the Magaliesburg community and most of all YOU…

'On'
ON was formed in 2005 by Bruce Abrahamse (Solar Axis) and Johan Jordaan
(Pace) both of Cape Town S.A. The last three years have seen ‘ON’ rise to become one of the most booked live acts on the Cape Town festival scene, playing for event organisers such as Vortex, Alien safari, Beartrap, Groovy troopers, Free Range, Audiomatik and Organik to name just a few… After their first live set, they were signed to Afrogalactic Records, and released their first single "Quantum Effect" on the compilation "Radio Active Rubberpants". Their sound encompasses many aspects of psytrance, from hard and psychedelic to groovy and melodic but always energetic, and always having it LARGE! With an album near completion, a gig in Joburg in May, and a tour of Europe in August in the pipeline, it seems things are just getting started... isn't it time YOU got turned ON??

Fu-Cha Tips:
Anyone who has been to a festival of this nature before will tell you that it’s essential to have your own space of accommodation. A tent shared amongst friends is perfect to have as a base to experience everything this festival has to offer. Your base will allow you to step out of the fun for a rest whenever you like. No need to be traveling back home at some silly hour.
