That's how I felt when I bought my flat but now I'm glad not being tied to anything. I think it's different too if you've got kids to pass it down to.

5 year plan and then will get a much bigger house. Will do this one up over the years and then sell it for a decent profit. Thats the plan anyway, dont see myself dying in the house, although it is awesome but I want a big, big house one day Smile

Na, probably just going to stick with one and spoil her rotten. Private schooling etc is easier with just one. Plus, my missus is 38 this year and we dont want to be too old on the age gap like I was with my folks. never know but not on the cards at this stage

Never know what age is the best to have a kid. One mate was just 16, another was late 30s.
