there's a commision

sucks !

Its not much.. it balances out as you get better odds then at a traditional bookmaker.

Yeah, that

Plus it reduces the more you use the site. Wink

You still get better odds than you will at a bookies.

sweet.

I wish I was in the know with Betfair stuff.

I remember an ex-employee here had an account and once I walked past and looked at his screen and saw his balance was £23,000

Eek!

Ja Betfair lives well on the backs of serious professional gamblers. They are called "Big Fish" by the staff.. People like you are little fish and they need you too as your bring liquidity to the market.

One Russian client has a staff of 20 who bets for him in multiple events. He lives in Australia and surfs alot.

Depends on what you're laying....and the odds obviously. I sometimes lay bets off to tie in a profit margin or limit my exposure.

I need to look further into it then...

Yep, especially if you are betting on something other than just a basic win market, i.e. score/goals/corners etc. Wink

I've just used it as a traditional bookies so far, albeit with better odds and more betting opportunities.

Will definitely look further in to it.

I'm thinking of using it to trade currencies.....
