At work i am lifting and moving around gas canisters all day, weighing between about 40 and 100kg,and walking probably around 10-20 miles every day.

What should i be eating to take advantage of this and get myself looking a bit more trim? Scratches Chin

Might be a bit of an exaggeration, but it feels like it and the UCL campus is huge and it takes up to half an hour to walk between some of the buildings. OK, maybe 20 miles is a bit of an over estimation. There are 112 buildings, and miles and miles of corridors and passages Laughs out loud

Baiting is pointless if your maggot is not up to the job.
