I draw insightful, enlightening and interesting pics like the one below and share them with my friends...

Facebook's blocked at my work, so unless someone's curious enough about me to look it up outside of work... which I'd be surprised at, I make a big effort to be boring as hell in the office.

If you reject someone, do they get an email about it? There's a few people I've just left waiting until I make my mind up....

You can set it so only friends can see your profile and you can set it so only friends can search your name (which helps with the office thing). Then if work people request to be your friend you can limit what they see; so they don't get direct access to the dodgy pics your mates have tagged you in.

Yes/no.
But a drunk evening in front of the PC will usually end up in 10+ friend invites sent out.

Had stuff on the news last night about such sites being used by prospective employers against you etc.
That + my Sis is a friend means I'm a bit cautious about putting too much on there.

yup, plus it makes you a target for id theft as it has your name, birthdate and details up. I haven't even put my surname on the site

Send them an email. They wouldn't let me join initially as they wouldn't recgnise my name. I droppped them a quick email, they asked me to verify a couple of details + then sorted it out the next day.

Have managed to sort it out now. Ta.
