M&S Presents Starvue

» Let The Music Spill

Reviewed by Greg Zizique / Submitted 25-09-07 20:43

Label: Brass
Format: 12" Vinyl
Genre: House

Pure feel good disco house grooves fire up the new infectious disco groove from M&S who hit the Top 10 with their massive hit ‘Salsoul Nugget' from M&S Presents The Girl Next Door. Already being hailed as a “Single Of The Week” and top tune by tastemakers Little Louie Vega, Frankie Knuckles, Radio 1’s Pete Tong and more, its shaping up to be one of the end of year vocal house anthems.

This time around we are treated with filtering strings breaks and an inferno of disco house filter grooves and enough swing to keep it rocking. Utilising the Salsoul Orchestra's 'Good for the Soul' and Shannon’s classic “Let The Music Play'. Expect to here this one at the Hed Kandi style crowds, with its pure funky classy happy house style.

On of the UK’s hottest the Soul Avengerz provide the remix, and opt for a deeper chunkier reworking taking several elements and bringing it all up for a more later floor mix, less Salsoul disco inspired and more up to date modern good funky house, and if you’re a fan of there previous work you’ll like this tasty reworking very much.
