Steur & Bolier

» The Night Is Young

Label: Black Hole
Format: 12" Vinyl
Genre: Uplifting Trance, Trance

Starting 2008 off as ever in a fine style that we’ve come accustom to from label giant Black Hole is a collaboration from Steur & Bolier. For these dark damp depressing months they have managed to create a somewhat warm progressive trancer.

A well developed sound rests upon a gentle sounding scope of perfectly fitting and touching uplifting vibes with a nice whole bass that manages to not swallow the rest of the track and let the fine epic smooth refined trance elements be brought out to the forefront. A cool refreshing breakdown slowly builds up and takes you on a nice picked up journey back into the main track which then veers down a slightly deeper route and uses the bass for a more interesting approach that I feel really works well on a different level.
