Brooklyn’s Drop the Lime alter ego Curses! wipes off the dust from the studio with a heavy release that boasts a remix from electro house don incarnate Bart B More and Holy Ghost.
Holy Ghost! Day School Dub is an eclectic moody deep and pensive re work with a sheer musical effective display of emotion that uses the real instrumental licks to add that essential touch and shimmer and glimmer to the whole track. Whether your in a back room jamming or listening to some down groove beats, this is a nice version.
Bart B More kicks off with his great version of The Deep End with a teasing looping effective cool modern electro houser, using lots of the originals elements he cleverly crafts a solid re interpretation for most house inclined floors. High tech bass line and powerful chuggy chunky feeling rests upon a broody deep peak time large pick up. Cool techy beats and drums in places keep it interesting and varied with screeching effects and sounds that bounce around the head and toes. Using the vocal well it’s a good remix version. A dub from Bart is also supplied where you can get the stripped back version and let the bats do the business for the heads down no messing folk out there.
