A slightly different artist to grace these pages from the usual onslaught, and this MOBO nominated artist returns with a more experimental styled track with rough electronic influences and soulful inspired vocals to contrast for a unique mix.
Kicking of the re-rubs is Go Home, who supplies two mixes. The vocal mix is a tough electro actioned style mix. Going into some breaks beats and using Nate’s vocals for a twisted up injected mix, you’ve got something different here. The Dub is a little more stripped down and adds some grimy electronic sounds for a different groove.
Kevin Ford steps in with a classy offering. Groovy smooth Amercian styled house music, classic 4/4 feeling with a groovy bass line and cool bongo licks and organ for added measure, its proper traditional vocal house through and through, which, for this style of artist, always goes down very well.
Dj Goulet opts for a Drum ‘n’ bass mix with good solid bass that gives a new dimension and audience to the track. Finishing things off is Summer Holiday’s Organic Funk remix which takes you down for a shuffling bass laidback vibe abd feeling and summers here groove.
