Continuing their splashing series, Cr2 steps into the brave and puts out a triple CD feast for the summer sunshine Ibiza season. Featuring 20 previously unreleased tracks and label boss Mark Brown’s “New Heights” to the soon to be popular Eddie Thoneick “I Wanna Freak You” its another jam packed episode.
Using a Day and Night formula Cr2 have split up the anthems into what they believe will act as a perfect cocktail of big hitting club slammers. With mixing up everything from funky house to deeper techy and tribal induced feeling songs, with darker and dirty led monsters later on, there is a good strong cross section of solid club tracks and peak time belters intermingled with some broody less obvious tracks for good measure.
As a bonus CD3 is Ibiza Classics, again Cr2 style, and brimming with more sun soaked journeys features artists such as Eric Prydz & Steve Angello, Asle, Danny Howells & Dick Trevor and Kurd Maverick. A strong 3 CD pack for sure.
