Conor Magavock and Dave Lievense

» Helter Skelter / Vegas

Label: Used & Abused Music
Format: Digital
Genre: House, Electro House

More fresh new music form the ever growing label with a cool fan base and admirers, Used & Abused Music presents Dave Lievense (of Japanese Popstars "Rise of the Ulysses" fame) and Conor Magavock (one of Northern Irelands popular residents).

Helter Skelter begins funky and chunky with a slick drum and funk laden lead that doesn’t take long to open up with a whirlwind smashing into a retro electro guitar meets rock style sound. Lots of happy bouncy energy and pickups rise this one further along and with it quite a funky energy and solid dance floor effort.

Vegas has a unique sound which at first is held back and introduced in a teasing fashion before the full loop works its almost retrospective funk sample not before the throbby bass rolls into town. Very different with the snaps and loops its quite a dirty track never the less with highs and rising parts and reverberating effects.
