Label: Glam Rox Recordings
Format: Digital
Genre: House, Electro House

There’s a lot of fresh material and buzz coming out of Australian producers at the moment, and Tom Day lands on Glam Rox Recordings after his underground hit on Data Records with 'Whisper' which became a Judge Jules' Tried and Tested track on Radio 1. 'Outlaw' has already picked up air play on Eddie Halliwell's Fire It Up show on Radio 1, so it’s looking good for a repeat performance.

Outlaw kicks off with a chunky steady drum kick and an electro edged bass with a great level of depth begins to unfold and a short vocal shout sample unleashes the start of the heavy track. Quite repetitive and looping to coincide with the bass a screeching middle section really picks up the pace and gives it a slamming push along for an effective floor builder any day.

Benjamin Leung offers up an alternative version with a steady kick again, but more punching and punishing strain of kick. Rough and rugged with a deep building back and swishy effect unravels into a spacious uplifting melodic break that then chunks out along more so and has a more distinct breakdown and electronic feeling.
