dunno why you're surprised that more of us aren't friends with him. He despised and looked-down on most of us, especially if we had nothing of value to offer him |(i.e. we weren't DJs)
I'm friends with him, have been since the early 2000's when I was taking pictures.
I didn't have anything to offer him then, always found it interesting to look at club graphics and VJing and he was fine with me.
But he was his own worst enemy when it came to HF, his arrogant attitude put everyone's back up, which is a shame because what he does and how he does it is pretty cool.

He does seem to have a god complex that fits hand in hand with Nick's so the Universal language video was a match made in heaven.
